This Volunteer Policy outlines the guidelines, responsibilities, and expectations for individuals participating in volunteer activities. By volunteering, you agree to comply with the terms described below.
1. Purpose of Volunteering
Volunteers play a vital role in supporting community welfare initiatives and social development programs. This policy ensures volunteering is conducted safely, ethically, and responsibly.
2. Eligibility to Volunteer
- Provide accurate personal information
- Follow organizational rules and guidelines
- Be physically and mentally able to perform assigned duties
- Provide guardian consent if under 18 years (if applicable)
3. Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities
Volunteers may assist in:
- Community outreach programs
- Awareness campaigns

- Administrative assistance
Volunteers must act responsibly, follow instructions, and maintain professionalism.
4. Code of Conduct

5. Training & Supervision

7. Confidentiality
Volunteers must protect confidential information and not disclose sensitive data without authorization. Confidentiality continues even after volunteering ends.
8. Expenses & Compensation
Volunteering is unpaid. Volunteers are not employees. Approved reimbursements (if any) must be pre-authorized.
9. Media Consent
Photos or videos may be taken during activities for awareness or reporting. Participation indicates consent unless written objection is provided.
10. Termination of Volunteer Engagement
Volunteer participation may be ended by the volunteer or the organization at any time. Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination.
11. Liability
Volunteers acknowledge potential risks and agree to participate responsibly. The organization is not liable for personal injury or loss of property except where required by law.
