💫 From Struggle to Service – The Inspiring 6-Year Journey of Stree Welfare Foundation
Stree Welfare Foundation was born from courage, resilience, and a deep commitment to social service 🤝. Its founder, Neelu Trivedi, coming from a middle-class background, faced life’s toughest challenges at a young age. Becoming a single parent at just 24 👩👧, she struggled to raise her daughter while navigating personal loss and financial hardship 💔.
Instead of giving up, these experiences shaped her strength 💪 and inspired her purpose — to serve society and empower women 🌼.
Her journey into social work began in 2012 📅, but witnessing the lack of respect, awareness, and opportunities available to women motivated her to establish Stree Welfare Foundation in 2019 🌱. The organization was created with a clear vision: to build a healthier, stronger, and self-reliant society 🏥✨ through women’s empowerment 👩🎓 and cancer awareness 🎗️.
Over the past six years ⏳, despite limited resources, no government funding, and numerous challenges, the foundation has continued its mission with dedication ❤️.
More than 3,600 Cancer Free India awareness programs 📢 have been conducted, benefiting over 18,000 women and adolescent girls 👩🦰👧 by spreading knowledge about early cancer detection 🔬, health education 📘, and preventive care 🩺.
From talent-promotion initiatives like Ek Khoj Pratibha Ki 🌟 to skill-development centers 🧵, health campaigns 🚑, and self-reliance programs 💼, the organization has empowered countless women to discover confidence and independence 🌈. Even during difficult times such as the pandemic 😷, the foundation extended support to cancer-affected families through relief assistance 🤲 and awareness efforts 📣.
Today, Stree Welfare Foundation stands not just as an organization, but as a movement driven by compassion, sacrifice, and unwavering determination 🔥 — proving that with courage 🕊️, service 🤝, and collective support 🌍, meaningful social change is possible ✅.
